Surely you’re allowed to move it to actually do the hoovering?
We used to have a sign in one of the halls in our church “Do not move away from the corner”. If you saw it you would have to stand still until you could overcome your conscience and be disobedient. (The fact that it was near a pool table may make it make sense.)
There is a sign on the door as you leave the gents’ loo in my church that says ‘now wash your hands’. This means that you can never leave the toilet – you just get stuck in and endless loop between the door and the wash basin. Thankfully, most people seem to ignore the sign.
