At a rough guess, this is the 21st house move that we’ve had in our married life. Thankfully, we weren’t chaging country or continent this time; in fact we were only moving five miles down the road. Mind you, the great thing about moving to and from Africa is that we never took much stuff – and my back didn’t hurt as much as it does now. I’ve posted a few pictures on FaceBook, but I was too busy to do much.
As you might expect, it wasn’t till the very last box came off the van that we finally found the kettle, so much of the day was carried out in the absence of tea, which is a major cultural lapse.
