Friends Around the World

This morning the Wycliffe office staff had a good time of prayer based around Philippians 1:1-11. As we reflected on Paul thanking God for the Philippian Christians, I asked everyone there to write down the name of some people they thanked God for, on a post-it note. We then stuck the notes on the world map in the place where those friends live. Most were in Europe, but it was great to see how people that are important to us live all around the world.

It’s good to have friends in lots of different continents: but it can be lonely sometimes for those whose friends and family are all on the other side of the globe.
