After a few days in Florida being well watered by Tropical Storm Fey, it was very nice to come up to the frozen north and to have lovely weather. I’m in Calgary to visit the Wycliffe Canada offices and staying with my friend Doyle Peterson and his family. After working with Doyle all over the world, it’s great to see him at home and get to meet his family.
This morning, we went for a hike in the foothills of the Rockies. We didn’t need to climb all that high to get this amazing view.
I might post a few more pictures in a gallery later. On the way up to the hills, it was good to see that our family is doing something useful for the Alberta economy.
